To determine the best and most efficient solution for your needs, or to manage temporary additional wastewater treatment requirements, MSE Systems offers pilot plants and containerised systems.

Using our considerable experience in the design, construction and operation of custom-built plants, our pilot plants can all be rapidly installed on site.

They are designed to give you the opportunity to understand the process capability of any permanent solution, helping you make an informed decision on your investment.

Our pilot plants include all the elements required to simulate a Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) system or DAF / Flotation system at site, including:

• buffer tank
• aeration system
• membrane modules of various types
• permeate tank
• pumps
• valves
• pipework
• automated system controls.

Containerised systems are housed in 20ft, 30ft or 40ft container units. They can be rapidly mobilised to cover any site’s urgent additional treatment needs. Capacities typically range from 1 to 45,000 l/hr. These units can be fully operational within hours of being hooked up to local site service connections.
